I’m here as someone who’s been where you are. I know the weight of trauma, the struggle of moving forward, and the fear of never feeling whole again. But I know healing is possible because I have lived with a story that most people can’t even imagine.
My Journey Started Here
I was five years old when my world shattered. My father murdered my mother. I testified against him in court, and from that moment on, grief, fear, and a past too heavy for any child to carry shaped my childhood.
For years, I lived in survival mode. I buried my pain, thinking strength meant pretending I was okay. But inside, I was stuck. I was struggling with self-worth, anxiety, and the fear that I’d never be more than my trauma.
But I learned something: what happened to us does not define us. Healing isn’t about erasing the past. It’s about reclaiming your future. I found tools, mindsets, and support that helped me break free. And now, I want to share them with you.
